And you may not have staff, that is you may not manage other people, or be in a given position of leadership, though you are a leader in some respect to others - your family? Your supplier? Your Client? Your friends?
The people in the world are constantly looking for leaders. Someone who would just take charge and guide them. All we have to do is look inside ourselves and bring out the leader within.
