About the GAINMORE Leadership Advantage


The GAINMORE ™Advantage is a pragmatic personal and team and organisation learning model. It is based on the concept of quadruple loop learning (I'll explain  more in a short while) and it works because human beings have a  commonality in the way we develop our abilities, learn, create,  communicate and choose how we live our lives. 

The precept is that as a human being you wish to continue to grow and  learn and develop. What you want to learn, and how you want to develop - whether what you learn is cognitive (knowledge) or behavioural (physical)  does not matter.

Values - our spiritual foundation

How clear you are about personal values and how strongly these are aligned to your goals.

Goals - long term objectives and intentions

The manner in which you set and maintain your long, medium and short term goals. The manner and definition of personal and organizational goals.

Vision of our goals

How well you communicate and articulate your personal goals and values.

Attitude

Your approach to everyday situations from optimistic to pessimistic. Your approach to different circumstances and typical behaviours you exhibit in challenging situations.

Alignment of resources

Your organization of the use of available resources efficiently and effectively. Your preparations to achieve objectives in appropriate steps that achieve optimum levels of efficiency.

Influence - Our level of influence

Your level of influence with others, both internal and external.

Nature or character

Your habitual behaviours and demonstrated character.

Network and relationships

Your relationships with other people, both internal and external.

Motivation level

How and at what level you motivate yourself and others to achieve outcomes

Outcomes and tasks

Your short term goals or milestones and how much you focus attention on immediate tasks.

Review and learning agility

How effectively you learn and develop from experience and reflect on your learning.

Evaluate - measures and standard

Why is it called GAINMORE?

After all, the first letters spell: VGVAAINNMORE

Yes, this is true but have you ever tried to say "Vgvaainnmore"?

So, we simplify it a little to make it easier to say and remember.
